International commercial and industrial exhibition "Progressive quality XXI" is the open international resource of mass exhibition, expert assessment, consumers' acknowledgment and commercial distribution of products manufactured in various countries of the world.

The goal of the exhibition is the promotion of globalization of the world economy; intensification of the international economic cooperation; development and distribution of high quality standards of production and consumption; access for manufacturers of goods and services to the international and national consumer markets; protection of consumer markets from products of low quality; presentation and propaganda of high-quality products.

The exhibition is carried out under the auspices of the IASHE (London, United Kingdom) in the remote-interactive format. Exhibitors construct electronic expositions on the special web-resource; organizers ensure free access to these exhibits from the side of the potentially unlimited number of persons concerned and arrange communications between participants of the exhibition. Official location of the exhibition is the legal address of its organizer - the IASHE: 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 1PQ.

Projects on the international goods and services quality certification (according to the ICSQ-775 standard) as well as the international patenting expertise of authors (according to the IOSCEAAD-775 standard) are implemented within the framework of the exhibition on the basis of applications of persons concerned.

The program of the project "Top 100 leaders of the international quality standard" (Rating "Top 100") is also being implemented.

Within the framework of the exhibition the IASHE renders all-round assistance in conclusion of commercial agreements between persons concerned and carries out support of their implementation together with the American International Commercial and Arbitration Court (AICAC; Wilmington, USA).

Manufacturers or sellers of goods and services (rightholders), as well as their official agents (representatives) may act as active participants of the exhibition (exhibitors). Every exhibitor has the right to present the unlimited number of various products for participation in the exhibition and is obliged to observe the rules of the present Regulations.

Participation in the exhibition obligatorily assumes all-round observance of property-related and obligations-related rights, copyright and other rights of third parties by exhibitors. Participation in the exhibition must be competent (legitimate).

Taking into account the remote-interactive format of the exhibition, participation in it assumes the highest possible degree of honesty of exhibitors and experts, as well as absolute fullness of responsibility for decisions made and actions performed during the exhibition.

Международная торгово-промышленная выставка «Progressive quality XXI» является открытым интернациональным ресурсом массового экспонирования, экспертного оценивания, потребительского признания и коммерческого распространения продуктов, производимых в различных странах мира.

Целью выставки является содействие: глобализации мировой экономики; интенсификации международного экономического сотрудничества; развитию и распространению высоких производственных и потребительских стандартов качества; обеспечению доступов производителей товаров и услуг к международному и иностранным потребительским рынкам; защита потребительских рынков от некачественной продукции; презентация и пропаганда качественной продукции.

Выставка проводится под эгидой МАНВО (Лондон, Великобритания) в дистанционно-интерактивном формате, путем формирования экспонентами на специальном ресурсе в сети Интернет электронных экспозиций, обеспечения свободного доступа к ним потенциально неограниченного количества заинтересованных лиц и организации коммуникаций между участниками выставки. Официальным местом проведения выставки является юридический адрес её организатора – МАНВО: 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 1PQ

В рамках выставки, по заявкам заинтересованных лиц, реализуются проекты международной сертификации качества товаров и услуг по стандарту «ICSQ-775» и международной авторской патентной экспертизы «IOSCEAAD-775».

Также реализуется программа проекта  «Top 100 leaders of the international quality standard»  (Рейтинг «Top 100»).  

В рамках выставки МАНВО оказывает всестороннее содействие в заключении между заинтересованными лицами торговых контрактов и осуществляет обеспечение их реализации с привлечением Американского международного коммерческого арбитражного суда (АМКАС; Велмингтон, США).

Активными участниками выставки (экспонентами) могут являться производители или продавцы товаров либо услуг (правообладатели), а также их официальные агенты (представители). Каждый экспонент, при соблюдении правил настоящего Регламента, вправе заявлять для участия в выставке неограниченное количество различных продуктов.

Участие в выставке обязательно предполагает всестороннее соблюдение экспонентами вещных, обязательственных, авторских либо иных прав третьих лиц. Участие в выставке должно быть компетентным (правомерным).

Участие в выставке, учитывая её дистанционно-интерактивный формат, предполагает максимальную степень добросовестности экспонентов и экспертов, а также абсолютную полноту их ответственности за принимаемые в рамках проведения выставки решения и совершаемые действия.
